We ship to the US, the UK, and selected European countries.
In the US, Veri is available in all states excluding:
Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia.
This restriction is due to state regulations prohibiting asynchronous consultations. We are working to circumvent this restriction and will update all US Coaches accordingly.
In Europe we ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany*, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Please bear in mind that you might need to pay customs fees before being able to accept the order in Norway and Switzerland. Please check with your local authorities regarding these fees.
It's important to note that if you purchase Veri to be delivered to one of the countries above, but intend to use it in another country, you will need access to LibreLink app from the same region.
OTHER COUNTRIES
LibreLink app is a requirement to use Veri, so for the time being, Veri membership with sensors is only available in the aforementioned countries. Check back in later to see if we ship to your country!
APP ONLY
For our App Only plan without sensors, we are currently also available in Asia Pacific, Australia, Canada, India, Japan, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates for iOS. Please find the Veri app in your App Store.
*Abbott has discontinued Libre 2 sensors in Germany so we are temporarily unable to ship sensors for our German customers. You can still purchase our app-only option in Germany if you have access to Libre 3 sensors.
