You can pause or cancel your Veri subscription at any time up to 5 days before your scheduled renewal by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your Veri account.
2. Under Manage Your Order, press your Veri Membership plan.
3. Choose the desired action: Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
NOTE:
- If you want to Snooze the subscription, you can do this for 30 days. Select Pause Subscription. If you want to take a longer break, our team can help with this for up to 6 months.
- If you want to Cancel your subscription, select when you want the cancellation to come into effect. Then select Confirm Cancellation.
4. You’re done! The system will log out automatically, once you close the page.
