Veri is a prepaid service and your billing date will be the day you have placed your purchase. You'll be billed on the same day every month. If you want to receive your sensors at a different interval, reach out to our team.

A plan change will take effect on your next billing date.

If you change from a Quarterly plan to Monthly plan or vice versa, you will receive your next sensor(s) at the end of the billing period of your previous plan.

You can choose if you want your plan to pause or cancel immediately or at a certain date. If you have a minimum-term contract, it is not possible to pause or cancel the plan until after the contract has ended.
