We are sorry if anything is missing from your order! The sensors are packed by hand, so it could be that something has accidentally been left out.

If your order is missing an alcohol wipe, you can substitute it with any skin-friendly cleansing product: makeup remover, wound cleaner or even hand sanitizer will work. You want to clean your skin from any dust, sweat or debris. Please ensure the area is dry before inserting the sensor.

If your order is missing the patch, please reach out to us. You can also cover the sensor with sports tape or kinesiology tape.
