Our Intermittent Membership is a 4-month contract that will renew monthly after the first 4 months. If you are not sure whether Veri is the right fit for you, you can opt-in for Continuous Monitoring which includes two sensors monthly, or our App-Only option which has no sensors included. There is no minimum commitment in our Continuous or App-Only membership. If you choose the App-Only option, you will need to gain access to the sensors yourself.

In the EU and UK, you can return any unopened products to us within 14 days of receiving your first order. We are able to offer a refund on purchases that are in a re-saleable condition.

In the US, as sensors are considered medical products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.

You can schedule your intermittent monitoring membership cancellation within the membership management portal and your cancellation will occur at the end of your contract term. If you have more months in your contract term, you will continue to receive invoices and sensors until your current contract term is completed.

If you want to cancel your Continuous or App-Only plan, you can do it from the membership management portal at least 3 days before your next renewal. If you have purchased in-app, you can manage your membership from the App Store.
