How to cancel your Veri membership and table of memberships with applicable minimum terms

Cancellation immediately after purchase

If you purchased a "Sensors and App" membership with Veri and decide immediately that you’d like to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team via email at care@veri.co. We are happy to review the case and discuss the next steps.

Cancelling your active Veri membership

You can cancel your Veri membership through Veri's Member's Portal or by emailing our Customer Support team at care@veri.co. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current membership term.

If you are unsure whether Veri is the right fit for you, we suggest purchasing the Continuous Monitoring membership, which includes two sensors per month and has no minimum commitment.

If you are mid-way through a membership with a minimum commitment, cancellation will take effect from the end of the current membership term. If you have months left in your contract term, your subscription will continue to renew and we will ship sensors until your current minimum contract term is complete.
