Our memberships are contracts for 3-month cycles. If you are not sure whether Veri is the right fit for you, you can opt-in for our App Only-option which has no sensors included. You will need to gain access to the sensors for the Veri app to work.

In the EU and UK, you can return any unopened products to us within 14 days of receiving your first order. We are able to offer a refund on purchases that are in a re-saleable condition.

In the US, as sensors are considered medical products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.

You can cancel your sensor membership at the end of each 3-month cycle. You can do this from the membership management portal and you are able to schedule the cancellation to happen at the end of your term.

If you want to cancel your app-only plan, you can do it from the membership management portal as well. If you have purchased in-app, you can manage your membership from the App Store.
