Veri can automatically import sleep and exercise from Apple Health to provide you with more insights and require less manual logging.
Here are the instructions to set up the Apple Health integration:
Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
Tap "Connected Apps"
Toggle ON Apple Health, tap "Settings"
Toggle ON the data that you want to import
You may need to enable certain data points in Apple Settings if you have not already done so.
(NOTE: You cannot import to Veri if these data points are not switched to "Allow" in the Veri settings)
