Troubleshooting: Sensor Issues

We're very sorry to hear that you're experiencing sensor issues! Please hold off on removing the sensor until we can properly troubleshoot this.

You can contact the Sensor Support Staff via the phone numbers below to resolve most sensor issues. They will be able to review the Libre app data and issue a replacement free of charge. The call typically only takes about 20-25 minutes.

With this in mind, here are some general troubleshooting steps that may help:

  • Make sure you have the most recent version of the Veri app downloaded from the App Store

  • Log out of the Veri app β†’ restart your phone β†’ log back in

  • Double-check that you've correctly synced Veri with the Libre app (instructions here)

  • Confirm that you are scanning the sensor with the NFC reader on your phone.

    • Sometimes the angle can be slightly off and interfere with the sensor scanning properly.

    • If you bring your arm up and scan with more of a flat surface, does this help?

  • If you have an Android device, please enable NFC in your phone settings.
