Veri is compatible with iPhones 7 or newer and most Android 9 phones or newer.
Android devices must have NFC-scanning capability and access to the Google Play Store. Veri is not available on Android devices without Google Play Store access or any of the Huawei devices.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of devices that Veri is incompatible with:

Motorola 5G Stylus
Motorola G Pure
Any Huawei phone
Any phone with a foldable screen
iPads*
If you are having difficulty using Veri with a device that is not listed above, please email our team at care@veri.co and we will help resolve the issue with you.
Please note that you will need to download the Abbott FreeStyle Libre app to scan the sensors. It is important to make sure you can download the Libre app in the App Store of the country you had your sensors shipped to. The Libre app is region-specific, so US sensors can only be scanned by the US version of the Libre app and EU sensors can only be scanned by one of the EU versions of the Libre app.
*Despite being available in the Apple App Store, Veri is not compatible with iPads because our app requires NFC technology to read the sensor and this is not available on iPads.
