Here are our average delivery times and shipment logistics by region. The shipping cost is included in your membership fee or sensor purchase.

Prior to your first order being dispatched, you will need to complete a health consultation questionnaire, which usually takes less than one minute to submit. Once your health questionnaire is completed, it is reviewed by a physician within 1 day. When approved, your order will be dispatched and usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.

We use USPS as our courier by default; if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or family members if they received it on your behalf.

Please note that we are not able to deliver sensors to customers who reside in Mississippi or New Mexico as an in-person consult is required for CGMs.

We ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany*, Greece, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

We dispatch sensors daily (on weekdays), and the general delivery time is 4-6 business days. GLS delivers the parcel to your home; however in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, Posti/ Matkahuolto will deliver it to your nearest pick-up location.

*In Germany, the sensors are shipped from the UK and the delivery can take a few days longer. Please note, that due to import fees applied following Brexit, we are only able to ship 1 sensor per order to Germany.

The shipments are dispatched daily (on weekdays) and generally take 2 business days to arrive. You should receive tracking information from Royal Mail once the delivery is on its way.

Packages are dispatched daily (on weekdays) from our EU warehouse. Please bear in mind that you might need to pay customs fees before being able to accept the order. Please check with your local authorities regarding these fees.

For the time being, Veri is only available to ship sensors in the aforementioned countries. Check back in later to see if we ship to your country or see if you could choose our app only membership, if you are able to purchase your own Abbott Freestyle Libre sensors locally from an alternative vendor.
