A few things are more annoying than not knowing when something you've ordered will arrive. Here are our estimates of our general delivery times and shipment logistics by region. The shipping cost is included in your membership fee.
In order for your first order to ship, you'll need to fill out a prescription questionnaire, which only takes a few minutes to complete. Once this is filled, it gets reviewed by a physician within 1 day. After approval, it gets shipped, and usually takes between 3-5 business days for it to arrive.
We use USPS as our courier by default; if your order has been delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or family members if they received it on your behalf.
Your subscription renewal will trigger the shipment to go out automatically on the same day each month.
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany*, Greece, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
