Here are our average delivery times and shipment logistics by region. The shipping cost is included in your membership fee.


In order for your first order to ship, you'll need to fill out a prescription questionnaire, which only takes a few minutes to complete. Once this is filled, it gets reviewed by a physician within 1 day. After approval, the order gets shipped and usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.

We use USPS as our courier by default; if your order has been marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or family members if they received it on your behalf.

Your subscription renewal will trigger the shipment to go out automatically on the same day each month.

Please note that we are not able to deliver sensors to customers who reside in the following states as an in-person consult is required for CGM prescriptions: Delaware, District of Columbia, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri or New Mexico


We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

We ship the sensors daily (on weekdays), and the general delivery time is 4-6 business days. GLS delivers the parcel to your home; in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, Posti will deliver it to your nearest Posti pick-up location.


The shipments are sent daily (on weekdays) and generally take 2-3 business days to arrive. You should receive tracking information from DPD once the delivery is on its way.


The sensors ship daily (on weekdays) from our EU warehouse. Please bear in mind that you might need to pay customs fees before being able to accept the order. Please check with your local authorities regarding these fees.


For the time being, Veri is only available to ship sensors in the aforementioned countries. Check back in later to see if we ship to your country or see if you could choose our App Only.
