Having trouble accessing the membership portal?

Troubleshooting if you cannot access the membership portal

You can access the membership portal in-app or via this link.

You'll log in with your Veri email.

Please ensure there are no typos or additional spaces when writing your email.

You will receive a one-time code that is sent to your email. This is to verify your identity so that no one else but you has access to your account details.

Please use a different tab, window, app, or browser to enter into your email to retrieve the code, and keep the login window open in the background. Using the same window to go to your email will likely result in the code becoming invalid, as it will close the current login session.

Please ensure the following steps:

  • Your email address is typed exactly the same as in your Veri account, with no additional spaces before or after the address

  • Your email inbox is able to receive inbound emails (inbox is not full)

  • You have not set our emails to go to spam

  • You have checked your spam folder
