If you're here, you've heard the news that Oura is acquiring Veri. We're excited about the opportunity to join forces with such an innovative and impactful company.

Our technology and team will be going over to Oura, which means that Veri as a product will eventually be phased out. To continue to help you achieve your health goals, we are keeping the Veri app running until December 31st, 2024.

Below, we have answered the most common questions that coaches might have.

We've also created a similar page for our customers that will be relevant to your clients.

If you don't see any answer to your question here, please start a chat with us or you can contact us at care@veri.co. Please note that our response times are significantly delayed, so please bear with us and send just one message so we can work through the queue more promptly.

What does the acquisition mean for me?

Veri is no longer available to new customers. You will be able to purchase sensors until October 15th, but we cannot ship to new customers. You will continue to have access to the dashboard until the end of the year.

How long will I have access to the Veri dashboard?

The Veri Dashboard will remain accessible until December 31st, 2024.

When will you stop shipping sensors?

We will stop shipping sensors to existing customers on October 15th. Please note that due to increased demand, our shipping times can at times be severely delayed, and currently it might take up to a few weeks for orders to be delivered. We will do our best to ship all orders as fast as possible.

Can I still buy sensors from you?

You can purchase sensors from us until October 15th for existing customers. It is not possible to ship to new customers. If we are unable to fulfil your orders by October 15th due to circumstances beyond our hands, we will issue you a refund.

Where else can I get sensors?

At this time, our Pharmacy Partner is unable to transfer consults to other providers. Below are a few options how to obtain CGM's for you or your clients:

  1. Specialty Pharmacies or Clinics: Certain specialty pharmacies or wellness clinics may offer CGMs to non-diabetic patients. These services often include a consultation to assess your needs and determine if a CGM is appropriate.

  2. Online Telehealth Providers: Some telehealth platforms allow clients to obtain a prescription for a CGM after a virtual consultation with a healthcare provider.

  3. Research Studies or Clinical Trials: Some research studies or clinical trials focused on metabolic health, nutrition, or exercise physiology may provide CGMs to participants, even if they are non-diabetic. Having your clients join a study can be a way to access a CGM while contributing to scientific research. You can search for relevant trials on platforms like ClinicalTrials.gov or through local research institutions.

How long will my clients have access to the app and their data?

The app is accessible until the end of the year. We recommend all users download their data before the app is sunset to ensure they have it. We will not be able to withdraw individual users' data once the app has been sunset.

Will my data and my clients' data still be available?

All data will be available until the end of the year.

How can I export my data, and how can my clients export their data?

Your clients can export their data in the Veri app by toggling to the top-left menu, then selecting "Export data".

Who do I contact for support?

Feel free to contact care@veri.co with any questions. Please note that our response times are significantly longer than usual. We will do our best to reply to everyone promptly, however, we cannot promise the service level you are used to.
