Thank you for your interest in Veri’s affiliate program! We have recently announced that we have joined ŌURA, makers of the ŌURA ring, and will no longer be accepting any new applications to our affiliate or partnership programs.

For current, previous, or interested partners, please review our FAQ to better understand the changes to our partnership program and how they may affect you individually:

  1. Can I still purchase the Veri app and continuous glucose monitors? No, the Veri app and continuous glucose monitors are no longer available for purchase. If you are a current customer using Veri and have an active subscription, please check your email for updates related to changes to your subscription.

  2. Is Veri’s affiliate program still operating? As part of the acquisition, Veri’s affiliate links and codes have expired and will no longer be accessible for discounts, and commission will no longer be accrued. No new purchases of continuous glucose monitors or the Veri app can be made.

  3. I am a (previous) Veri affiliate, when can I expect my final commission payout? Final payouts of the commission you have accrued during your time as a Veri affiliate can be expected within 45 days of notification from Veri of your affiliate partnership termination. Payouts will be received through the Captiv8 platform, or you will be contacted individually by the Veri team about sending in an invoice and W9 for a direct deposit commission payment.

  4. How can I access my Captiv8 account to receive commission from the Veri affiliate program? If you are an existing or previous affiliate and have an active Captiv8 account, please email CreatorSuccess@captiv8.io for support on gaining access to your account and remaining commission.

  5. I am a Veri paid partner, what will happen to my existing contract? Each of Veri’s paid partners has received an email with contract details and next steps. If you are a Veri partner and have not received an email outlining your updated partnership terms, please contact Veri’s Partnership Lead for assistance.

  6. Should I delete content that I have previously posted about Veri? This is up to you as a creator or partner to decide. However, we highly advise revising or removing any evergreen or public-facing messaging that includes any affiliate links or codes or calls-to-action to purchase Veri, as affiliate links and codes and all online Veri sales have ceased.

Your discount link and code will remain deactivated, meaning no new customers will be able to receive a discount, and you will no longer receive any commission. For this reason, we encourage you to edit or update your existing posts to inform your audience of the changes being made to Veri and the affiliate program and cease to create any content moving forward related to Veri on all platforms.

  1. Who can I contact about questions or issues with my continuous glucose monitor or Veri app subscription? Please email care@veri.co for all questions related to your CGM or Veri app subscription. Veri app access will remain active until December 31, 2024, but the last day for continuous glucose monitor shipments will be communicated via email to those with ongoing Veri sensor subscriptions.

  2. Who can I contact about questions pertaining to Veri’s partnerships or affiliate program? Please direct all questions regarding partnerships to partnerships@veri.co. We will be accepting and responding to emails up until September 19, 2024.

  3. Who can I contact about questions pertaining to Veri for Coaches? Please direct all questions regarding Veri for Coaches to alex@veri.co.
