At Veri, we offer three membership types; two of which include sensors;

"Sensors and app" plans

1. Intermittent Monitoring

The Intermittent Monitoring plan includes 1 sensor shipped every month; a total of 14 days of glucose tracking per month.

With this plan, you'll be able to track your glucose levels for 14 days, then use the rest of the month to implement your learnings and practice without a sensor. This plan also means that you can plan your sensor usage around holidays and events, providing flexibility around when you wear your sensor during each month.

2. Continuous Monitoring

Our Continuous Plan includes 2 sensors shipped every month, including a total of 28 days of glucose tracking per month.

As most calendar months have 30 or 31 days, there will occasionally be a gap in delivery between when your current sensors have expired and before your new sensors arrive. If you wish to use Veri without any gaps in between your sensor usage, please contact our Customer Support team via email on care@veri.co or via our in-app chat so that we can assist in adjusting your billing date.

An important note on "sensors and app" plan logistics

Please note that when purchasing a "sensors and app" plan, your membership begins on the day of purchase. However, it will of course be a few days before you receive your sensors.

Each Veri purchase or renewal automatically ‘refreshes’ your access to the Veri app for 6 weeks. This is to ensure that you have time to use all sensors purchased within the month of membership, even if there are potential shipping delays or sensor issues, which can of course happen occasionally! This is built into the Veri app and means that there isn’t any discrepancy between your purchase of a month of membership and the amount of time you have active in Veri after receiving your associated sensors.

3. App only

If you are able to source Abbott FreeStyle Libre 1, 2, or 3 sensors from another provider, then you can purchase our app-only subscription. This plan has no minimum commitment and can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will go into effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless canceled, the app-only plan will renew every month on the same day of the month as your original purchase.
