Understand why your previous sensor ends before the next ones have arrived

If you've opted to monitor your glucose with 2 sensors every month, your sensors will cover 28 days of monitoring (each sensor lasts 14 days). Each month, your billing happens on the same day, which triggers your shipment to go out on the same day or the next business day. This generally results in a few-day gap after each month's sensors.

If you want to have no breaks in between your sensors, we can charge your next renewal at an earlier date. This means that your next set of sensors will ship while you're still using the previous set. Just let us know by messaging us via chat or emailing and we'll be happy to help!
